I'm rather new to Florida condo living - but it seems to me in my community the pool is truly well regarded and guarded! Having lived in a similar community in Arizona, the same was true there. There is always a sense of "communal ownership"!
Great. Sorry about the pool incident. There are so many pools around town. Try another one. Or the JCC has a pool - maybe you can join.
I know every pool. They're all restricted to residents. No idea where JCC is and if they have an outdoor pool. I'll just swim at my own place.
I looked it up and I think that the JCC is in Boca. I'm in SoCal, so I have no first hand information.
No worries I'm planning to use my community pool.
